UFIT recently transferred management of the myUFL homepage, or “splash page,” to the Office of University Relations. The splash page was also upgraded to match the appearance of the university’s new web template launched earlier this year.
The myUFL portal is home to the enterprise-wide services used daily by faculty, staff and students. With thousands of logins each week, the splash page provides a space to inform the UF community about events, programs and opportunities.
Decisions about reservations, including future reservations previously confirmed, are now evaluated based on overall strategic priorities, available space and timing of the reservation. Input on reservation decisions come from representatives of the Provost’s Office, UF Human Resources, Facilities, University of Florida Advancement and UF Communications.
To request a reservation, departments may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After a request is approved, UF Communications will create banners according to branding guidelines and consistent with other messaging. Please visit University Relations’ website for more information.
