From custodian to UFPD officer

Hired initially as a custodial worker for Facilities Services, Dwayne Williams was assigned to the University of Florida Police Department and their facility. Thanks to his work ethic and demeanor, he was sponsored through the Police Academy and pursued his dream of serving as a law enforcement officer for UFPD.
