Sleep, like nutrition and physical activity, is a critical component of health and well-being. Insufficient sleep and poor sleep quality has been associated with a slew of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease and obesity. Those who get enough sleep typically have better weight control, more energy, a brighter disposition and a stronger immune system.

Then use this seven-day sleep challenge to transform your sleep behaviors and “get your zzz’s on!” Complete the seven-day checklist challenge for a chance to win sleep-related prizes, including a memory foam pillow, a pair of drift lights, a soothing pillow mist or an essential oil diffuser complete with six popular essential oils!
