February 7, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Ever find your team working to solve a problem only to realize that you are solving the symptoms of the problem, not the root cause of the errors or inefficiency?
The GBAS workshop will provide a hands-on experience using tools for analytical problem solving and decision making. With a UF-based scenario, you will have an opportunity to work with colleagues to brainstorm about the issues, prioritize, and create a root cause workplace diagram. Once your team has identified the root cause(s), you will weigh the risks as you consider a resolution. Lastly, we will reflect on how you can use the tools presented in the workshop in your unit or college.
Registration is currently open in myTraining and will close on Jan. 24 and is limited to 60 people.
