As part of its strategic commitment to improve the effectiveness of performance management, UF Human Resources is conducting a survey of TEAMS employees to gauge their thoughts about the current staff evaluation process. The survey also seeks staff recommendations for improvements going forward that will help shape a better performance management system.
TEAMS employees are encouraged to complete the anonymous, five-minute survey by Monday, Oct. 23, to help UFHR identify its key areas of improvement. Supervisors who may have received a similar survey in recent weeks may complete the survey as well from their perspective as an employee.
