Research, personal history motivates faculty member’s Great Lakes swim

UF PHHP Associate Professor Tracie Baker, Ph.D., heads the WATER Lab, where she researches environmental toxicology and investigates emerging contaminants in aquatic environments. Baker recently participated in the Edmund Fitzgerald Memorial relay swim, the last stage of which began and ended on her research team’s study sites.
