UF Training and Organizational Development (T&OD) is pleased to offer a broad range of development opportunities for fall 2018 designed specifically to help UF faculty and staff learn and achieve.

Highlights of the fall catalog include:

• Thrive@UF courses, which help UF faculty and staff develop essential professional skills to increase their effectiveness;
• The popular Managing at UF courses, which provide instructor-led management and leadership development that complements T&OD’s online and just-in-time Leadership Toolkit job aids and podcasts; and
• The Pro3 Series of courses, which offer a foundation for effectiveness in the key administrative areas of fiscal management, HR payroll management and academic department support.
