UFCE introduces Learn over Lunch program

The UF Compliance and Ethics, or UFCE, office recently launched the Learn over Lunch program, where UFCE will collaborate with other UF offices with key compliance responsibilities to host 50-minute informational webinars for faculty and staff.

Webinar speakers will describe their offices’ efforts as well as the attendees’ role in this compliance work. A question-and-answer period will follow each session that will help participants clarify and cement their understanding of the requirements and their responsibilities regarding the target compliance efforts. When possible, sessions will be recorded, and those recordings will be available on the UFCE website.

For the first webinar, UF Controller’s Office Center for Excellence Assistant Director Chloe Campbell joins the Learn over Lunch bunch to talk about UF’s new Antifraud Framework — a collaboration between the Chief Financial Officer’s office, the Office of Internal Audit and UFCE. Aligned with the University’s core value of stewardship, the Antifraud Framework supports initiatives to promote institutional controls which help prevent, detect, monitor and respond to fraudulent activities. All units are encouraged to attend this important Learn over Lunch webinar to learn more about their responsibilities under this program.

This virtual webinar will take place on Feb. 28 from noon to 12:50 p.m. Click here to register.

The following webinars are scheduled as part of the 2023 UFCE Learn over Lunch program:
