Join UF-hosted Presidential Inauguration Watch & Discussion tomorrow

UF faculty, staff and students are invited to join the Bob Graham Center for Public Service and UF’s Department of Multicultural and Diversity Affairs on Wednesday, Jan. 20, as a panel of UF political scientists and historians observe and analyze the U.S. Presidential Inauguration. Panelists will help viewers understand the historical context of the ceremony, as well as provide their overall impressions of the effectiveness of President Joe Biden’s inaugural address. Panelists will include:

  • Dr. Richard Conley, Associate Professor of Political Science
  • Dr. Paul Ortiz, Director, Samuel Proctor Oral History Program
  • Dr. Rik Stevenson, Visiting Assistant Professor of African American Studies

The event begins at approximately 11:30 am (subject to change), and includes live streaming of the Inauguration.
