Selection of new administrative information system is underway
The University of Florida has launched an effort to replace the current myUFL system — currently run on Oracle’s PeopleSoft application — with a new, more capable and streamlined system that will better support faculty and staff’s diverse work. The multiyear effort aims to replace the 19-year-old application with a new system that meets today’s expectations for security, data reporting and other functions while also serving UF’s business needs.
From Jan. 10–20, Workday will present a series of demonstrations of its unified finance and human resources applications to the UF community. Faculty and staff may participate in the sessions virtually to learn more about how the product works.
