UF expert discusses leprosy, including uptick in Florida cases

Over the summer, news of a rise in leprosy cases sparked concern about this ancient and misunderstood disease. The University of Florida’s Emerging Pathogens Institute held a symposium on Oct. 27 to discuss these cases as well as important research topics.
