Attend these free in-person fitness classes for faculty and staff:
- Yoga: Tuesdays, 12:15 to 1:00 p.m., Ustler Hall Atrium.
- Total Body: Thursdays, 6 to 6:45 p.m., Student Recreation and Fitness Center.
- Zumba: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., UF Health Professional Park building.

Prioritize your mental health
UF faculty, staff, graduate assistants, non-student OPS employees, housestaff/residents, and postdoc associates, as well as their spouses or domestic partners, are eligible for six free counseling sessions with one of three dedicated therapists through the UF Employee Assistance Program.
Discover resources for managing anger, regulating emotions, coping with anxiety, practicing self-care and overcoming depression, among other essential topics, in the Resilience and Emotional Well-being Toolkit.
Sign up for a free Calm Health subscription. In addition to pre-recorded audio content designed to help manage stress, anxiety, and insomnia, Calm Health offers evidence-based programs and resources developed by psychologists to strengthen the connection between mental and physical health. Subscriptions are available to the first 5,000 UF faculty and staff who register.
