The Get Healthy section of the UF Worklife website has an expansive list of resources, available to UF faculty and staff, to help you establish a self-care routine. Below are a couple to get you started:
Faculty and staff fitness classes: Incorporate some movement into your life and participate in one of our fitness classes. From a low-impact cycling class to a relaxing yoga session and more, there is something available to fit your needs.
Healthy Lifestyle Program: Composed of six modules that focus on a specific health topic including physical activity, nutrition, better sleep, stress management and more, the Health Lifestyle Program provides you with the tools and resources to help you on your wellness journey. Explore each module in order to get the most out of this program, or jump to the topic that most interests you.
Take 10: New habits are more likely to stick if you start small — Join the Take 10 Campaign and dedicate 10 minutes a day to being mindful of your health and wellness.
Guided meditation sessions: In partnership with UF and UF Health experts, these guided meditation sessions are roughly 10 minutes in length and aim to provide a sense of calm and overall well-being.
