Navigating the risks of processed foods

The National Institutes of Health, or NIH, has raised serious concerns about the overconsumption of highly processed foods. According to NIH research, moderate caloric restriction can slow aging and protect both body and brain. Yet, for many Americans, fast food has become a daily norm, exacerbating health risks.
