Head to Bo Diddley Plaza on Oct. 21 for the 2023 Pride Festival: Can’t Drag Us Down, hosted by the Pride Community Center of North Central Florida.
From Oct. 14-28, the Matheson History Museum is displaying a temporary exhibit interpreting the history of the LGBTQ+ community and featuring a recently acquired collection from the Pride Community Center of North Central Florida.

UF LGBTQ+ Presidential Advisory Committee: LPAC brings people together from across campus to make recommendations to UF’s provost and president regarding the needs of the LGBTQ+ community at UF, policy revisions, educational programming and more.
Queer Nation: UF’s LGBTQ+ affinity group, Queer Nation, aims to foster a welcoming and affirming workplace environment by promoting visibility and community building for University of Florida LGBTQ+ faculty and staff.
UF Association of LGBTQ+ Alumni: An affiliate of the University of Florida Alumni Association, the group is dedicated to supporting and connecting UF’s LGBTQ+ alumni and students and their allies.
Pride Community Center of North Central Florida: PCCNCF empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people to lead healthy and successful lives while building a strong community that celebrates diversity and advocates for justice and opportunity.
Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays of Gainesville: PFLAG of Gainesville works to create a better future for LGBTQ+ youth and adults through a partnership of parents, allies and LGBTQ+ people.

The Equal Access Clinic is a network of student-run, free health care clinics that provide care to all community members. LGBTQ+ services are offered on the first and third Tuesday of each month.
