TEP applications due Dec. 1
The Tuition Exchange Scholarship Program provides the opportunity for dependent children of the University of Florida’s full-time non-OPS employees to attend a participating Tuition Exchange college or university at a significantly reduced tuition rate. The TEP scholarship application deadline is Dec. 1 the year preceding the desired enrollment into the academic year (fall and spring only) program:
The cost to the University employee to participate in the TEP is $5,000 per year, paid upon acceptance to the TEP by the participating institution. Admission to the college or university does not guarantee TEP qualification by that institution. Entrance application fees and fulfilment of college or university admission requirements are the responsibility of the applicant.
Please note that the TEP is a scholarship opportunity rather than a fringe benefit. The Office of the Provost will make every effort to assist employees during the application process, but it cannot predict the likelihood or guarantee the acceptance of dependent children into the program. Should you have questions, please email UFTEP@aa.ufl.edu.
