Get ready for Workday! Explore early learning resources 

The Empowering UF project aims to prepare UF faculty and staff for the transition to Workday in the months leading up to its launch in July 2027. Workday’s integrated, cloud-based information system will replace the myUFL systems (PeopleSoft) and be used for HR, payroll, finance and post-award research activities. Users can expect an improved reporting ecosystem and faster access to real-time data.

The modernization of our day-to-day operational tools and processes will eventually impact all faculty and staff across the university. Though the switch to Workday will occur in summer 2027 — and instructor-led training will roll out the spring prior — we encourage you to prepare early, especially if you work in an HR or finance role.

Coming Soon

As mentioned, Workday training will roll out in spring 2027. Faculty and staff will receive email instructions in advance with links to role-based trainings and registration instructions, plus additional resources.
