2018–2019 Pay Program: One-time Performance Payment File, open Nov. 5–16

As was announced earlier this year by President Kent Fuchs, this year, the university has set an aggregate performance payment pool of 4 percent to be distributed as one-time payments, with a range for individual payments of zero to more than 4 percent. These payments will be awarded based on criteria established by the colleges and units and will be paid in the Dec. 21 paycheck. Compensation plans for employees in a bargaining unit are subject to union negotiation.

You can find details about eligibility for the one-time performance payments on this UFHR webpage and helpful FAQs about the program here.

Important information for department administrators

When performance payments are to be awarded, department administrators (DAs) are provided with access to the UF One-time Performance Payment (Raise Review) File. Performance payments are then automatically loaded into the myUFL system from this file.

The file will be available to departments from Monday, Nov. 5, through the end of business on Friday, Nov. 16. A guide has been developed with step-by-step instructions to assist DAs and departments in facilitating these one-time performance payments.

Departments with questions regarding the program should email salaryincrease@ufl.edu. For technical questions, call the UF Help Desk at (352) 392-HELP or email helpdesk@ufl.edu.
