A limited number of subscriptions to Calm — a mindfulness app that features pre-recorded audio content designed to help manage stress, anxiety and insomnia — are still available to UF faculty and staff, with sign-ups offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The UF Employee Assistance Program offers someone to talk to and resources to consult whenever and wherever you need them. Make an appointment with one of our on-campus counselors for help you develope coping skills, self-care strategies and more.
Having a healthy workplace environment can benefit our mental well-being. Listen to UF EAP Counselor Devin Shorey’s webinar, Discover Strategies to Handle Workplace Conflict, to learn how to create a healthier work environment. Shorey is currently open to new patients. Explore our Resilience and Emotional Well-being Toolkit for support in navigating some of life’s most common challenges. Small Steps, Big Impact Challenge | May 13–24

In this two-week challenge, you’ll receive an email every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with mental health content that you can complete in 5–10 minutes. By the end of the challenge, you’ll better understand what mental health tools resonate most with you and how to integrate them into your daily routine.

Art & Mindfulness at the Harn | May 25 at 10 a.m.

This series of free guided meditations is inspired by art in the Harn collections and held at the museum. The next session, Timelessness & Spaciousness with Sabine Grunwald, will include forty minutes of guided meditation followed by an art spotlight tour. Registration is required.
