Explore suicide prevention resources
In recognition of Suicide Prevention Month, we invite you to explore UF, local and national resources available to support your and your family’s mental well-being.
UF

This service is available to all UF faculty, staff, graduate assistants, non-student OPS employees, house staff/residents, and postdoc associates as well as their household members.

UF Counseling & Wellness Center: The UF CWC offers a variety of suicide prevention resources available to students, including call- and text-based hotlines, prevention trainings, self-assessments and more.
Talkspace: GatorCare members — including dependents and spouses — can take advantage of Talkspace, a free resource providing psychiatry and counseling services. Visit the GatorCare website to register or schedule a session. Available to the general public, the Therapist Tips Talkspace playlist on YouTube, offers a series of 5-minute videos covering coping skills and techniques for mental well-being.
