Manage stress and sleep better with Calm Health
Take your Calm experience to a new level with Calm Health! In addition to pre-recorded audio content designed to help manage stress, anxiety, and insomnia, Calm Health offers evidence-based programs and resources developed by psychologists to strengthen the connection between mental and physical health.
Calm Health is available to the first 5,000 UF faculty and staff who sign up for the app.
Please note: Plans to offer a weight-loss program are in the works, and more information will be shared in the coming weeks.
Enjoy the health benefits of local produce
Looking for ways to incorporate more plants into your diet this year? A limited number of discounts on Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, memberships remain available for Frong Song Organics. Faculty and staff are invited to register for a membership by this Friday, Jan. 10, at noon.
By joining a CSA, you can support a local farm and receive a weekly or biweekly box of high-quality produce. Pickup and delivery options are available in multiple Florida counties.

UF EAP offers free counseling and support
The UF Employee Assistance Program aims to support UF employees by providing a safe space and quality mental health and wellness resources. Faculty, staff, graduate assistants, non-student OPS employees, housestaff/residents and postdoc associates are eligible for six free counseling sessions with one of three dedicated therapists.
