Kick-start the semester by learning strategies to improve your well-being and enhance your workplace. Register for Compassion and Resilience at Work, or CREW, a three-part series where you’ll learn work-life balance and stress management strategies, and the importance of stigma reduction.


Work-life Balance | Sept. 3 at noon

Employees increasingly report struggles to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Learn what you can do to support your wellness and enhance your work-life balance by attending this CREW session.

As part of this session, you will:

  • Learn terms and concepts related to work-life balance and mental health.
  • Learn activities you can use to think about and address challenges to your work-life balance.

Stress Management | Sept. 5 a noon

Are you struggling with high levels of stress and mental health? Learn what you can do to reduce your stress and build resilience by attending this CREW session.

As part of this session, you will:

  • Learn the terms and concepts related to personal stress.
  • Learn activities you can use to respond to and manage stress.

Stigma Reduction | Sept. 10 at noon

Reducing the stigma around mental health and substance use in the workplace is an important step for employee well-being. Learn what you can do to address mental health and substance use stigma by attending this CREW session.

As part of this session, you will:

  • Learn terms and concepts that make up mental health and substance use stigmas and their consequences.
  • Participate in activities to guide reframing stigma and shifting attitudes toward individuals struggling with mental health and/or substance use.
