Wondering how to help a colleague or student in distress?
At one time or another, most of us have experienced personal difficulties that have impacted the way we behave, our work habits or our overall well-being. As we approach the fall semester, in addition to showing empathy to those around us, it can also be helpful to know how to assist colleagues or students we recognize are experiencing distress.
