If you’ve recently experienced a change that affects your emergency contacts, make sure to update your information in the ONE.UF system. Keeping your details current ensures you’ll receive important updates related to your health and well-being and helps prevent complications in the event of a crisis.

The UF Alert system relies on information in the directory to send emergency notifications to students and employees. In addition, UFHR and People First (State of Florida) regularly send important benefits- and work-related information to employees.  

  • Verify your information is correct, making any changes as needed and ensuring all addresses, especially the mailing address, email and emergency contact information are up to date.  Updates you make in ONE.UF are automatically shared with People First.
