UF Engaged resources available for supervisors and staff
Early this month, UF supervisors and staff received an email notifying them that it was time to complete their UF Engaged check-ins. This notification represents the official “launch” of the updated UF Engaged system, which recently underwent a comprehensive review to enhance the evaluation process.

Supervisors who are new to the process or those who would like a refresher are encouraged to complete the self-directed course, UF Engaged for Leaders, for a comprehensive introduction and overview of the purpose and format, and helpful tips.
While check-ins will now happen on a semi-annual basis, providing meaningful feedback is an ongoing process. You can find updated instruction guides, job aids, answers to frequently asked questions, and suggested courses for supervisors and staff on the UF Engaged Toolkit webpage.
