Enjoy the health benefits of local produce
Looking for ways to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet? A limited number of discounts on Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, memberships are available for the spring semester. By joining a CSA, you’ll support a local farm and receive a weekly or biweekly box of high-quality produce. Pickup and delivery available in multiple Florida counties.

A limited number of subscriptions to Calm Health and WeightWatchers are now available to UF faculty and staff, with sign-up offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Manage stress and sleep with Calm Health
In addition to pre-recorded audio content designed to help manage stress, anxiety and insomnia, Calm Health offers evidence-based programs and resources developed by psychologists to strengthen the connection between mental and physical health.
One-year subscriptions are available for the first 5,000 faculty and staff to sign up.
Manage your weight with WeightWatchers
A personalized weight-loss app tailored to your lifestyle, WeightWatchers offers in-app features including meal planning tools and recipes, tracking features, on-demand workouts and audio lessons, coaching and more.
Six-month subscriptions are available for the first 800 faculty and staff to sign up.

Free fitness classes are back!
Faculty and staff are invited to attend these in-person classes for all fitness levels at no cost throughout the semester.

Join the GatorCare Wellness Team on weekdays at noon for these 15-minute live-streamed classes, free and open to all fitness levels.
- Jumpstart | Mondays | Elevate your heart rate, energy and mood for the week.
- Relax | Tuesdays | Breathing, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation.
- Build | Wednesdays | No equipment, strength-based workout.
- Unwind | Thursdays | Gentle stretching, breathing and mindfulness techniques.
- Align | Fridays | Core strength exercises for posture and back pain relief.
- Examen | Fridays at 2 p.m. | Pause, reset and cultivate awareness and gratitude.
UF EAP offers free counseling and support
Faculty, staff, graduate assistants, non-student OPS employees, housestaff/residents and postdoc associates throughout the state of Florida are eligible for six free counseling sessions—in person or telehealth—with one of three dedicated therapists.
